Ambros, Inc. is founded by Ambrosio T. Shimizu, Vance O. Smith and Vicente Palomo.
Ambros becomes exclusive Anheuser-Busch Wholesaler and the Budweiser Beer distributorship begins. First shipment is limited to 500 cases.

Ambros relocated from East Agana tin shack to Asan office and warehouse.
1965
Ambros moves to new facility in Tamuning.

Ambrosio T. Shimizu purchases remaining shares from partners. Sons Frank and Joseph take over overall company operations.
